These terms govern your use of AIBusinessFlow.net and every product and service AI Business Flow LLC (“AI Business Flow,” “we,” “us”) offers now or in the future. By using the site, placing an order or signing up for a service, you agree to them. If you have a separate signed agreement with us, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.
Our products and services are for businesses and professionals. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract, and you agree that the information you give us (including any license number) is accurate.
We offer one-time data products (such as contractor lead batches), software tools, AI assistants, and automation and consulting services. Each product’s page, order form or written proposal describes what it includes, its price and how it is delivered; that description is part of these terms. Current one-time products:
One-time products are not subscriptions: you are billed once and nothing renews. Recurring services are billed as stated in their order or agreement and can be cancelled as described there.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the order you place.
Lead data is licensed to you for your own business’s marketing. You may not resell, publish or share it with other businesses. You are responsible for making sure your outreach follows the law — including rules on direct mail, email (CAN-SPAM), calls and texts (TCPA and Do Not Call), and contractor advertising.
Digital products are delivered on the order confirmation page and by email, usually within minutes. If a city needs a manual lookup, delivery can take up to 3 business days; we will email you, and you don’t need to do anything.
Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Don’t misuse our site or services: no unlawful use, no attempts to break in, overload or scrape them, no false information, and no use that infringes someone else’s rights. We may suspend access for misuse.
The site, software, designs and written materials belong to AI Business Flow or our licensors. Content and data you give us remain yours; you give us permission to use them only to provide our services to you. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation.
Our services rely on third-party providers (for example payment, hosting, communications and AI platforms). We aren’t responsible for their outages or terms, though we choose them carefully.
Except as stated in these terms, our products and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we don’t promise any particular business result.
To the extent the law allows, AI Business Flow is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to cover claims, losses and costs (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that arise from your use of our products in violation of these terms or the law, including your marketing outreach.
These terms are governed by California law. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you and we consent to those courts.
We may update these terms as our products change. The date at the top shows the current version. Changes apply to orders placed after they are posted; the terms in effect when you placed an order govern that order.
